A couple of weeks ago I jetted to Corfu, Greece with my family for a relaxing escape. We stayed in the Paleokastritsa area at the Akrotiri beach hotel. It was so gorgeous, with views at both sides of the hotel onto clear blue waters. I would highly recommend the area and also the hotel. The rooms were lovely, the food and entertainment were good and the staff were so friendly. It was very relaxed and the scenery was breathtaking. I spent endless amounts of time just floating around in the sea down by the beach to clear my head. Myself and Alice (my sister) also loved jumping into the sea from the "rocky beach" at the other side of the peninsula which the hotel was situated on. I wont lie, at first I was really scared of the deep and open waters but by the end of the week I became a bit more brave. My favourite part of the holiday was when we rented a speed boat and took it around the bays, jumping into the sea and swimming ashore.

I will have a few more posts up documenting individual days from the holiday over the next couple of weeks as well as coverage of my Boardmasters festival trip so keep your eyes peeled.
